Chris Dan is an A1 Accredited Certifier who has 20 years of building regulation and certification experience in local government.
Chris and his team of accredited certifiers combine a thorough knowledge of regulatory matters with experience in the assessment of fire engineered alternative solutions and the assessment of non-fire related alternative solutions. Chris and team have a thorough understanding in the principles of accessibility and has extensive knowledge of the Disability (Access to Premises Buildings) Standards.
As part of the annual accreditation renewal, Chris undertakes ongoing professional development and ensure that learning and development continues to benefit both our clients and our industry alike.
